a complimentary meeting or phone call, to discuss rates and how we can assist in coordinating a "relaxing, stress-free"
wedding day.

Our wedding day-of coordination services are flexible & interchangeable. They are broadly categorized as follows:
- Attend final "pre-wedding" meeting with key vendors
- Assistance with seating charts, ceremony & reception layouts (e.g. Floor plan with head table, guest tables, gift/guest
book table, etc) - Assisting with on-site arrangements & tours for out-of-town guests
- Generating any necessary contingency plans (E.g. Poor weather)
- Creating a Wedding Day Itinerary
- Developing ceremony & reception agendas
- Key Contact List & distribution of agendas to necessary contacts
- Coordinating your wedding rehearsal
- Bride & Groom Emergency Kit (Supplied by us!)
- And of course, on-site coordination of your entire wedding day! (Up to a maximum of 12 hours)
